INGREDIENTE: 1 kg de piersici (nu prea coapte), 150 g faina, 60 g unt, 150 g zahar, 4 oua, 20 bucati de zahar
MOD DE PREPARARE: Curatati piersicile de pielita, taiati-le in doua si scoateti-le samburii. Puneti sa se topeasca bucatile de zahar intr-o craticioara. Imediat ce se formeaza un zahar caramelizat de culoare aurie, varsati-l intr-o forma rotunda (care se desface), inclinand pe toate partile, pentru a o tapeta cu zaharul topit. Puneti piersicile in forma. Porniti cuptorul. Spargeti ouale, separand albusurile de galbenusuri. Amestecati galbenusurile cu 150 g zahar, faina si untul topit. Bateti separat albusurile spuma si incorporati-le in galbenusuri. Varsati aluatul in forma, peste piersici. Bagati la cuptor prajitura si lasati-o sa se coaca 45 de minute. Desfaceti forma, imediat dupa ce o scoateti din cuptor.
