INGREDIENTS: 200g margarine, 250g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil, a pinch of baking powder, lemon, vanilla, Turkish delights, flour as necessary.
PREPARATION: Mix the margarine (at the room temperature – slightly soft) with the caster sugar, add the eggs that have been beaten with a little salt and baking powder. Then add the oil, little by little, not to spoil the dough. Add the lemon juice and the flour so that the dough is consistent.
Put them in the slightly greased tray, cut with special shapes (which can be found in shops). In the middle, put a piece of Turkish delight. Bake at medium heat. If you wish, you can glaze them.
