Lemon cake

INGREDIENTS: For the sheets: 2 eggs, 1 teaspoonful of ammonia, 1/2 cup (250 ml) of oil, one cup of milk, vanilla, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, flour as much as to get a soft dough good to be spread in sheets.

For the cream: a packet of butter, 250-300 g of powdered sugar, citron and the juice of a lemon

PREPARATION: After the dough is made from the ingredients mentioned, it is divided into three; each part is spread on the bottom of the oven pan and baked (a 32/20 pan, greased with butter and dusted with flour). Bake all three sheets.

The cream is mixed to be like a sherbet and then put between the sheets. It is better to make the cake a day or two before. so that it can soften.
