Shortbreads with cacao and coconut

I take great care at the dough, when I prepare these cookies. I want to obtain a soft, fluffy and airy composition, so I embed in series all the ingredients, mixing continuously with a mixer. Everything must be homogenized very well, to this composition to be easy to stretch and fine. Only in this way can be given tenderness to shortbreads, doubled then by the sweetness of coconut flakes.
