Nut Brown Cake 275g

What Grandma says: I impress my friends with this cake with nuts, because I have my own way of combining the ingredients. Before I put the walnut meat in composition, I first cook it in the pan, with just a pinch of salt and then I leave it to dry. It becomes only good to crunch. The combination makes everybody speak of it and I will tell you why: while the sweet and fluffy dough melts in your mouth, the taste of crunchy nuts is, on the contrary, a bit salty and bitter. You cannot eat just one piece!
